Daily Devotional. BE YE NOT UNEQUALLY YOKED TOGETHER with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and WHAT COMMUNION HATH LIGHT WITH DARKNESS? And WHAT CONCORD HATH CHRIST WITH BELIAL? OR what part hath HE THAT BELIEVETH WITH AN INFIDEL? And what agreement hath THE TEMPLE OF GOD WITH IDOLS? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. WHEREFORE COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM, and BE YE SEPARATE, saith the Lord, and TOUCH NOT THE UNCLEAN THING; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. 2 Corinthians 6:14-18. This is the ultimate example of PURITY, RIGHTEOUSNESS, and HOLINESS, in a person’s life. Recently, a Believer asked, “Those 3 words are great, but how do you explain them to people who just don’t understand Salvation and the Lord”? Well, these 4 verses are all saying the same thing from different points of view. Something here will touch a cord in anyone’s Life because they just about cover everyone in some form or fashion. The main point here is, GET OUT FROM THE WORLD. We have now been told to stop playing around with ANYTHING of the world. The things of the world will bring us to Death and Destruction, straight into Hell itself. Only Christ and His Redeeming Grace will save us. These 4 verses are Pure Gospel, and the Holy Spirit will use them to Teach ANYONE who has a Heart to Hear. God’s sheep, whether saved or lost and soon WILL BE saved, all are looking for Truth. Again, the Holy Spirit only uses Truth to bring anyone to the Saving Knowledge of Christ. Yes, some of these words are big, but the Holy Spirit WILL make them understandable to even the vilest of sinners. HE SAVED US didn’t He, He can Save them too, then we will ALL, Be Blessed.
