And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. Exodus 19:5&6. Let’s do a little comparison here of two lifestyles, two different ways of living life. The first are the standards and ways of the world. They lead to death and destruction, there are always changing rules of the game so there is no consistency, and no lasting satisfaction if you do manage to sort of get the rules right. The other Lifestyle is the total opposite. It has Holiness, Righteousness, and Purity as its backbone. The rules never change so you can always count on them to be consistent. God never changes. (Don’t get legalistic here). There will be NO Mercy and Grace because you have a very limited time here on this earth to allow the Lord to change you from the worldly way to the Holiness way. Just how quickly you progress in change is partially determined by your willingness to obey or not. This other Lifestyle will cut you, prune you, run you through the furnace 7 times hotter, nail you to a Cross so that your Flesh, Self, and Old Man Nature will be crucified daily, you will be denied the luxury of sitting back and resting on your laurels, you will get no pleasure out of watching the Lord bring vengeance against those who have done you dirty, and you just might bawl your eyes out in anguish for those who deny Christ and are on their way to Hell. And just to be sure we don’t leave anything out, you will lose everything you own on this earth and gain nothing….., EXCEPT CHRIST AND ETERNITY WITH HIM. After all your losses, I hope that Christ will be enough for you to want to RUN to this Holiness Lifestyle where you will, Be Blessed.
