FOR BY HIM WERE ALL THINGS CREATED, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were Created by Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him ALL things consist. Colossians 1:16-17. Yes, it’s understood that many people are suffering great pain from torture and/or medical issues and are calling on Christ to come take them Home, ASAP. (As soon as possible). No problem here. But many more people in the general church population are calling on Christ to come, literally any day now, and haul them outta here before the 7 year Tribulation starts. Granted, no one Knows another man’s Heart, but it sure seems like they view God as some big “Being in the sky” Who will soon rain down severe death and destruction on all of planet Earth, on the Saved AND the Lost, equally across the board. My question is, is this a Fear Driven theology that changes God from a Loving Provider and Keeper of His Faithful Followers, to a God Who will angrily throw His Wrath on every living soul on planet Earth during a time called the 7 year Tribulation, which includes 3 1/2 years of GREAT Tribulation? Do you REALLY Believe God will do that? Change from being a God of Loving Mercy and Grace to suddenly, He’s out to get the whole world with great anguish and suffering??? Is the “pre-trib rapture theology” fear driven, and if you take away the “fear factor”, you take away the “angry at everyone” God, and are left with, God hasn’t changed and will still take care of ALL His while, at the same time and with Great Merry and Grace, trouble the rest of the world still Calling out all who will come to Christ in Repentance unto Salvation? If you take out YOUR “fear of the future”, is God still there doing all He’s been doing for the last 6000 years? Satan brings Fear of worldly events, Christ brings Peace and Joy INSPITE OF worldly events. Please examine yourself, will your Fears, Be Blessed?
