Daily Devotional. Greater Love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13. We have no better example of this than Jesus laying down His Life as a Sacrifice to Pay for the sins of His Friends, AND everyone else in the world. He wanted them as Friends also. As far as us everyday people go, (for example), you and your unsaved friend are walking down the street and a robber jumps out with a gun to rob you both. He says, “Give me your money before I kill you both, whose first”? You say, “I’ll go first, my friend doesn’t know Christ as his Lord and Saviour, maybe in the few remaining seconds after you shoot me, he will”. That IS the Greatest Love a man can show towards his unsaved friend. It’s getting dangerous out there. If the Lord asked you to, would you be willing to walk in to danger to help Save a lost person about to die and go to Hell? You won’t stop his dying, but your Act of Love may be enough for him to see how much the Lord Loves him, through you. Let me rephrase that. Just by being alive, are you willing to walk into the dangers of the Last Days, even the Great Tribulation, to be used of the Lord to share the Love of Christ to the lost, even if it meant you too will die? Maybe the Lord will “credit” you with Saving 20 people before He Calls you Home? If so, that’s GOoD, because He does send us out as sheep to the slaughter. As a side note, NO ONE is allowed to kill you until the Lord is ready to call you home. No man, beast, disease or Satan himself can Touch you, until the Lord ALLOWS it as He Calls you Home. With NO FEAR of ANY Situations and Circumstances, YOU ARE HERE FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS, embrace it and share the Love of Christ will all you can, to even snatch back from the very gates of Hell, another lost soul. In Christ, YOU CAN BE FEARLESS, no matter where we are in the “end time clock”. For the Fearless, it’s just another day being about the Lord’s Business, NO MATTER WHAT’S GOING ON AROUND YOU.
