Pop Quiz, if you were in A Communist prison camp and found a scrap of paper with only these verses written on it, would you be Most Thankful for ANYTHING Bible, cherish and protect that little piece of paper and ask the Holy Spirit to show you some new nugget of Truth each and every day? And to share whatever you learn everyday with anyone and everyone who would listen to you? Or would you read it one time and throw it away because you’ve read it once before and “there’s nothing new here”? This is a “Heart Attitude” question and your answer will show you your real, “rubber meets the road” attitude. We can use any reason/excuse we want for anything “Bible”, be “right” in our own eyes, and walk away feeling “Justified” no matter what we may think about it. Does being a prisoner with no Bible make this scrap of paper more valuable, and being in America with dusty Bibles all around you make it less valuable? Or is ANYTHING from the Bible most Precious to you no matter how long it takes the Holy Spirit to “ring out” every last scrap of Truth, and then some, you’ve never seen before? We Read and Study the Word, to, Be Blessed.
