The heavens declare the Glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His Handywork. Psalm 19:1. For the earth shall be filled with the KNOWLEDGE of the Glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, Holy, Holy, Is the LORD of Hosts: THE WHOLE EARTH IS FULL OF HIS GLORY. Isaiah 6:3. The idea that the Bible is the Word of the Lord God Almighty to mankind, is as simple as Truth gets. Moving on, if you can’t truly convince yourself that there is no God, then the next best logical step is to convince yourself that there is no actual written WORD of God. Some try to claim yes, there is a true Word of God out there, somewhere, but we no longer have THE REAL Word of God because all the old original manuscripts are gone leaving us with miscopies of old copies by people who didn’t understand what the originals REALLY meant, or some such foolishness like this. Folks, have you noticed all the hundreds of “new and better” Bible (per)versions there are our there? I’ll touch on a Truth that is way too deep to explain well here, with an illustration. The original Bible was written in Antioch, (where they were first called “Christians”), and a copy was carried to Alexandria, Egypt AND RECOPIED with the “new and improved” understanding of what the original writers REALLY meant to say. Basically, all the “new” bible (per)versions are based on the Alexandrian “bible”. That’s it in a nutshell and needs WAY MORE discussion to explain it all. There’s a lot of money being made as each new “version” is better and more understandable than the last one. Publishers Win, and “hungry for Truth” Bible readers lose. In short, the King James Bible came from Antioch, read it and, Be Blessed.
