Daily Devotional. For I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST: for it IS THE POWER OF GOD UNTO SALVATION to every one that Believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the Righteousness of God revealed from Faith to Faith: as it is written, The Just shall live by Faith. (Believers recognize and Love the Gospel of Christ). For THE WRATH OF GOD IS revealed from heaven AGAINST all UNGODLINESS AND UNRIGHTEOUSNESS OF (ALL) MEN, WHO HOLD (KNOW AND UNDERSTAND) THE TRUTH (EVEN) IN (ALL THEIR) UNRIGHTEOUSNESS; Because that which may be known of God IS MANIFEST IN THEM; FOR GOD HATH SHEWED IT UNTO (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF) THEM. For the Invisible Things of Him from the Creation of the world ARE CLEARLY SEEN, BEING UNDERSTOOD BY THE (CREATED) THINGS (AND ALL PEOPLE’S) THAT ARE MADE, even His Eternal Power and Godhead; so that THEY (WE ALL) ARE WITHOUT EXCUSE: Because that, when they Knew God, THEY GLORIFIED HIM NOT AS GOD, (because they made Him to be as mere men with no Authority) neither were Thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. PROFESSING THEMSELVES TO BE WISE, THEY BECAME FOOLS. (to suffer under the Wrath of God Almighty). Romans 1:16-22. Be careful Believers, these verses are generally used to show the lost that they can’t deny the Existence of the Lord. That’s True. And we Believers ESPECIALLY need to heed these warnings that we don’t Deny the Lord His Righteous and FULL PLACE in our daily lives of Obedience. I’ll explain. We Know the Lord is “out there” and in us, that’s GOoD. But when we deny Him His Fullness Place in us by Disobedience, we briefly take Him down to our “level” by saying we know better. Here’s how. You’re in a restaurant and the Lord tells you, “Go over to that table and tell them how My Son has changed your Life”. And we, “I’m busy Lord, I’ll do it in a few minutes”, or, “I don’t want to interrupt them, they’re deep in conversation”. NO GUILT HERE, but maybe Conviction? Consider, and, Be Blessed.
