Let’s ask the Big Question and see what we can work out. Is it possible to live a Perfect Life, or will we always be flawed? The answer is yes, and yes. Absolute Pure Perfection is not attainable on this side. But a Perfect Heart towards the Lord is. Ask King David. Whatever David’s Heart Cry and Attitude was, God said he had a perfect heart. Whatever God’s definition is, David had it. Should we strive, try, and work towards Perfection? Absolutely YES. If you really want to do this, God will pile on you everything you need to get as close to Perfection as He has for you. Christ is our example and He walked 100% Perfect before the Lord. There was no sin in Him. So right off the bat, we’ll never get that far, here on this side. We already have sin in us. Going for Perfection is not something that is really measurable. You will know you’re changing, people around you will see you change, you’ll see evidence of change, but in your Humility, you really won’t care. You won’t have your eyes on you, (And your changes), you’ll have your eyes on Christ and accept the fact that He’s changing you. The more you want to Be Like Christ, the more the Holy Spirit will do to grow you in that direction. Don’t worry, Satan won’t beat the stuff’ens out of you, GOD WILL. He knows EVERYTHING about you and what it will take to make you like His Son. Forget Satan, he’s an amateur. Ask the Lord to get you, He’s a professional and He knows where you live. If you’ll Seek Christ, and Obey the Holy Spirit with your Whole Heart, the warnings at the top here, will never bother you, you’ll KNOW The Truth, and the Truth WILL set you free.
