Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4279

Daily Devotional. By Him therefore let us offer the Sacrifice of Praise to God CONTINUALLY, that is, the Fruit of our lips Giving Thanks to His Name. But to do GOoD and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices GOD IS WELL PLEASED. Hebrews 13:15-16. “Sacrifices” is the key word here. “The act of giving up something highly valued for the sake of something else considered to have a greater value or claim”. All Secrete Service personnel are trained to “take a bullet” to defend the life of the President. They put the value of their life below the value of the life of the President. A father will stand between an enemy and his family to protect his family from harm, even at the expense of his own life. Christ came to earth to stand between the Wrath of The Father and us sin sick lost people called “mankind”, as He took upon Himself the Father’s Wrath, and He died, in our place. “I should be Dead, and am Alive because Christ died in my place, that I may live”. That’s Love, on a level never before seen on planet Earth. To “accept” Jesus into your Heart, in and of itself, means nothing. If that’s ALL you do, you’re not Saved. (Read carefully). To “Accept” the fact that Jesus Christ died in your place AND BECOME AN OVERCOMING FOLLOWER OF HIS WILL AND HIS WAYS IN OBEDIENCE TO THE LEADING OF HIS HOLY SPIRIT, now we’ve got a Believer, a Christian on his way to Heaven. CHRIST PAID IT ALL, THAT ALL MAY LIVE WITH HIM IN ETERNITY. But alas, most will reject His Sacrifice because they don’t want to Follow Someone Who asks them to give up the Road to Death and Follow Him on the Road to Life. They all have excuses for Rejecting Him, but none of those excuses will stand on Judgment Day. TODAY IS YOUR DAY OF SALVATION, to either come to Christ and Be Saved, or to take another step WITH Christ on your way to Encourage others TO BE SAVED and miss out on Death In Hell. No, you can’t Save ANYONE, but you can show them the Way to the One, Christ, Who CAN Save them. Come to Christ, and, Be Blessed.
