Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4108

Daily Devotional. And He gave some, Apostles; and some, Prophets; and some, Evangelists; and some, Pastors and Teachers; (1) For the Perfecting of the Saints, (2) for the Work of the Ministry, (3) for the Edifying of the Body of Christ: Till  (4) we ALL come in the Unity of the Faith, and (5) of the Knowledge of the Son of God, (6) unto a Perfect Man, (7) unto the measure of the Stature of the FULNESS of Christ: Ephesians 4:11-13. POP QUIZ, here’s a test of your “Heart Attitude”. Ephesians 4:11-13 (above) has been repeated a number of times very recently. Do you read these verses each time they come up? Do you see they’re the same as last time and just skip over them? Or are you Hungry for the Word and read it, ponder on it, consider it, each time you read it, wanting to drive the Word deep down into your very Soul? This isn’t about if you agree with the commentary or not, I’m asking ONLY about your heart attitude towards The Word, towards those Things Christ had to say? ANYWHERE you read the Word, ANY source, if it’s repeated more than once or twice, do you still read it anyway? When the Lord said Something once, it was important. If He said it 2 times in a row, it was VERY important, but if He said it 3 times in a row, YOU’D BEST BURN IT INTO THE MEMORY BANKS NEVER TO FORGET IT. OK, a little dramatic here, but you get the point. When the Lord says, “Holy Holy Holy” as in “And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, HOLY, HOLY, HOLY, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. Revelation 4:8-9, is there some really serious importance to this? As boring as some people may find it, even the Book of Leviticus, even EVERY WORD of the Book of Leviticus is important. If God wrote it, it may be there for a Reason. So, remember to, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth”. 2 Timothy 2:15, and Eternally, Be Blessed.
