Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4043

Daily Devotional. And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O Lord, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before the Lord thy God, and worship before the Lord thy God: AND THOU SHALT REJOICE IN EVERY GOOD THING WHICH THE LORD THY GOD HATH GIVEN UNTO THEE, AND UNTO THINE HOUSE, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you. Deuteronomy 26:10-11. Stop for a minute and reread the capitalized part of this verse 10 more times and see if the Fullness of it starts to sink in. Can you remember He has given you the Gift of Life, (just the fact you were born), the Gift of Life Eternal, (as a Believer), He holds your atoms together, (actually, by the laws of science, atoms should ALL instantly blow up), He gives you Breath, Heartbeat, food, water, shelter, transportation, a church to go to, friends and family, and an understanding of Who the Lord God Almighty, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Lord Holy Spirit, is, and what They have in store for you. You are Blessed beyond anything you could have dreamed of, AND IT’S ALL YOURS TODAY. These are all Good Things, and you should rejoice GREATLY with all this. It all comes from the Hand of the Lord straight into your hands and Life. You get all this whether you tithe or not. And if you do tithe, the Rejoicing is even Sweeter. Don’t let your “lack” get you down, let your Blessings get you UP. This life is too short to waste time on “wants” when you can have ALL that He has for you, WITH GREAT JOY. Anything that tries to take away your Joy, needs to be dealt with. “Rejoice in the Lord ALWAY(S): and again I say, Rejoice”. Philippians 4:4. Like it or not, we are to always Rejoice. Even in sadness, Rejoice that you are in Christ and He is in you. It’s not always easy but do your best. Whatever your situation, isn’t this a Worthy Goal to strive for? To Rejoice at all times, in all things? You and the Lord work out the details, this is just a suggestion of something to strive for, to live with, and to, Be Blessed.
