Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3800

Daily Devotional. TAKE HEED to yourselves, that your heart BE NOT DECEIVED, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; Deuteronomy 11:16. Be not deceived; GOD IS NOT MOCKED: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Galatians 6:7. Let’s take this from a Big Command to the Body of Christ, down to a little Command just to you, personally. Are you asking the Holy Spirit to Fellowship with you all the day long? To teach you how to hear and Obey His Still Small Voice? That He keep you from those personal, small deceptions that Satan tries to throw at you during your day as he’s hoping that maybe even one or two of his Deceptions might stick to you? Yes, it’s a Battle dealing with the flesh all day long, but through the Mercy and Grace of the Lord, the Shed Blood of Jesus Christ, and the careful Leading of the Holy Spirit, that Battle will get easier. It’s never really over, until we go Home to be with the Lord, but it does get easier as we learn his tricks and traps set out for us. And if we’re listening, the Holy Spirit will show us all those tricks and traps meant to harm us. And even if we miss one, the Holy Spirit will use it to Grow us in Christ and not as Satan intended. Every day, call on the Holy Spirit to Guide you every step of The Way, and as He does, you and He can Fellowship together with an intimacy few dare to ask for. As He leads, and as you learn to Obey, the Fellowship becomes very Personal, and very Sweet. He’s not some vague force floating around, He IS a most Precious Personal Friend willing to Teach you ALL THINGS you need to know. As you Grow in Obedience, you WILL Grow in CHRISTLIKENESS, and that’s an attribute the Father, Son and Holy Spirit love to see. Make Christ your EVERYTHING, and everything He has becomes available to you. The Power and Might of the Triune Godhead will be at work, taking Perfect Care of you and everything you need with a Fellowship that’s “out of this world”. What a Way to Live, Obey and to Eternally, Be Blessed.
