Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3737

Daily Devotional. The Lord knoweth how to deliver the Godly out of temptations, and to reserve THE UNJUST unto the Day of Judgment to be punished: But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, AND DESPISE GOVERNMENT. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they ARE NOT AFRAID TO SPEAK EVIL OF DIGNITIES. (Of government people). 2 Peter 2:9-10.  But I say unto you, LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, BLESS THEM THAT CURSE YOU, DO GOoD TO THEM THAT HATE YOU, AND PRAY FOR THEM WHICH DESPITEFULLY USE YOU, AND PERSECUTE YOU; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. BE YE THEREFORE PERFECT, even as your Father which is in heaven is Perfect. Matthew 5:44-45,48. Right now, we have two examples of ongoing Judgment starting against America. First, the Corona Virus. Are you going to live in Fear and use the Pandemic as an excuse to lay out of church? “And let us consider one another to Provoke unto Love and to GOoD Works: NOT FORSAKING THE ASSEMBLING OF OURSELVES TOGETHER, as the manner of some (Governors) is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see The Day approaching”. Hebrews 10:24-25. A second Judgment is the whole political system in America today. MOST, of those in office today have NO FEAR of the Lord. That in itself is a minor issue. For the Believer, here is the Greater Issue, DO YOU FEAR THE LORD ENOUGH TO PRAY FOR ALL OUR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN OFFICE, or do you complain and gripe about it just like the lost on their way to Hell??? Are we, “the church”, just as guilty of backbiting that person in office, WHOM THE LORD ALLOWED TO BE PUT INTO OFFICE, as the worldly sinners? Governors tell us to stay out of church, it’s not safe, BUT YOU CAN BUY ALCOHOL. Do you feel “safe” in government mandates, or do you Walk in the Keeping Power of the Lord Jesus Christ and let Him decide who lives and who dies? Live in Christ, and, Be Blessed!!!
