Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3669

Daily Devotional. (Jesus Praying). I have given them Thy Word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I PRAY NOT THAT THOU SHOULDEST TAKE THEM OUT OF THE WORLD, BUT THAT THOU SHOULDEST KEEP THEM FROM THE EVIL. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through Thy Truth: Thy Word is truth. John 17:14-17. Years ago, there was a challenge to anyone who could swim from point A to point B in the icy cold waters near the South Pole. A few serious swimmers accepted the challenge. The lady who won the race prepared in a very unique way. She had on a typical one-piece swimsuit, AND she covered herself with a layer of bear fat. Like covering yourself with Crisco® oil. It helped insulate and protect her from the very cold water. Christians today, (and through all time), need not fear death or when death will come. Our time on earth is TOTALLY in the Lord’s Hands and of no concern to us. We Live, we (the physical body) die, we are forever In Christ. BUT WHILE ON EARTH, the Holy Spirit, like an Oil, covers us with His Protection so that Sin can no longer “take us out”. He will keep us from the deadly influence of satanic sin that would try to pull us away from Christ. To change your location will not free you from sin. The Holy Spirit will keep you IN CHRIST right where you are at, here on planet earth. The “Great Tribulation” the Wrath of God, the great anger of Satan himself IS DIRECTED AGAINST GOD HATERS IN THIS LOST AND DYING WORLD. Christ will keep us Spiritually Safe IN HIM as we are about His Business. And when we have Finished our course, run the Race, Lived in His Victory, He’ll call each one of us Home in His Time. A long Life or a short Life, that’s up to Christ. Face it, you WILL die, someday. Until that day comes, NO MATTER WHAT SITUATIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES ARE GOING ON AROUND YOU, Praise the Lord and keep calling for lost souls. SOMEONE needs to Live In and Preach Christ, that they may, Be Blessed.
