Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3604

Daily Devotional. Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, LET US LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT, AND the SIN which doth so easily beset us, AND let us RUN WITH PATIENCE the race that is set before us, Looking unto JESUS the author and finisher of our Faith; WHO FOR THE JOY that was SET BEFORE HIM ENDURED THE CROSS, despising the shame, AND IS SET DOWN AT the right hand of the throne of GOD. Hebrews 12:1-2. HAPPY IS THE MAN THAT FINDETH WISDOM, and the man that getteth UNDERSTANDING. Her ways are ways of PLEASANTNESS, AND all her paths are PEACE. She is a Tree of Life to them that lay hold upon her: and HAPPY IS EVERY ONE THAT RETAINETH HER. Proverbs 3:13,17-18. Among other Things, Christ is our Pure and Perfect Example of Real Peace, Joy, Pleasantness, and Happiness. To have Christ is to have all these Attributes. Let’s wrap all these Things up and call it “Joy”, also keeping in mind that it is the Joy of the Lord that is our Strength. It is the Joy of Christ that is so lofty, that all of our problems and fears start to melt away into nothingness. This doesn’t mean our “problems” suddenly disappear, we still have to deal with them as we Grow in Christ, but that all that we deal with on this earth is still all Wrapped Up inside the Joy Of The Lord. His Joy makes EVERYTHING bearable, so much so that we can Endure EVERYTHING that the world will throw at us. This Joy of the Lord is what gives us Hope as we confront all that is put before us, Living and Knowing that we Walk in ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL VICTORY IN ALL THINGS. This “Living” in Victory is what the world sees as our Life testifies that CHRIST IS ENOUGH, AND IS ALL THAT WE NEED. No matter what your situation and circumstances, Christ and His Joy will see you through it all, all the way to the very end, and into all of Eternity. Even a little “Joy” in your Life will go a long way, because Christ IS The Way, The Truth, and The Life, and all who are in Christ, will Joyfully and Victoriously, Be Blessed.
