Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3580

Daily Devotional. Now thanks be unto God, which ALWAYS CAUSETH US TO TRIUMPH IN CHRIST, and maketh manifest the savour, (the smell) of his Knowledge BY US in every place. For we are unto God a Sweet Savour of Christ, in them that ARE SAVED, and in them THAT PERISH: 2 Corinthians 2:14- 15. I know both how to be abased, (suffer need) and I know how to abound: (to have plenty) every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST which strengtheneth me. Philippians 4:12-13. Christ is Victorious in ALL Things, and in Christ, we can be Victorious too. There is no defeat in or around Christ. No matter what the situation, Christ has a Victorious Way to deal with it. Only when we fall for the lust of, and the appetite for, the things of self, flesh, and the old man nature, will we suffer a setback, a lack of Blessings, leading to the need for Repentance and Forgiveness. A momentary setback to deal with, and then get back In Line with Christ, back into a Victorious Walk with Christ. We learn from our mistakes and keep on going. It is Christ and Christ ALONE Who causes us to Walk in Victory. Don’t misunderstand, the situations and circumstances going on around us may LOOK like a lost cause, but as we Walk WITH and IN Christ, we too will Walk in Victory as flesh, self and the old man nature suffer another defeat. The world only “sees the moment”, and will say to, “seize the moment”, because “the moment” is all they have to look forward to. We have Christ and He has us, and He is our “Moment” AND our Eternity. We can see “The Now”, in Eternity. The bottom line is, we can obediently do ALL Things Christ asks of us because His Adversary, the Devil, HAS BEEN SOUNDLY DEFEATED, and must ask Christ permission BEFORE he can do anything. We have The Smell of Christ all over us, AND THE WORLD KNOWS IT. All they can do is TRY to ignore and deny that fact. So Shine for Christ, and Victoriously, Be Blessed.
