Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3554

Daily Devotional. And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them (vile sinners) with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered Just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the Godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the Day of Judgment TO BE PUNISHED: 2 Peter 2:6-9. “And he (the angel) said unto him, (Lot), See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, (Zoar), for the which thou hast spoken. Haste thee, escape thither; (to Zoar), for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar. The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground. Genesis 19:21-25. Judgment fell on those sinful cities unto total death and destruction, while the Righteous were kept safe in a nearby town. “The Fear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked SHALL BE SHORTENED. The Hope of the Righteous shall be Gladness: but the expectation of THE WICKED SHALL PERISH. The Way of the Lord is Strength to the Upright: but DESTRUCTION shall be TO THE WORKERS OF INIQUITY. The Righteous shall never be removed: but THE WICKED SHALL NOT INHABIT THE EARTH. The mouth of the Just bringeth forth Wisdom: but THE FROWARD TONGUE SHALL BE CUT OUT. Proverbs 10:27-31. With Surgical Precision, the wicked will meet with death and destruction. Even next to them, the Righteous shall be kept Safe in and by the Lord. Satan wants to “Carpet Bomb” everyone. The Lord Precisely removes the wicked. Be Righteous, and Safely, Be Blessed.
