Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3529

Daily Devotional. But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find Him, if thou seek Him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the Lord thy God, and shalt be Obedient unto His Voice; (For the Lord thy God is a merciful God;) He will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which He sware unto them. Deuteronomy 4:29- 31. So, are you a REAL sheep, Truly Praising and Honouring the Lord for all He Is, or are you phony “sheep” just putting on a good show so you’ll fit in for your own purposes? They both can look the same and many people can be fooled into thinking the phony is real. How is one to know? THE LORD KNOWS, and ALL who truly want to know the difference, can. It’s called Discernment and it’s one of the 9 Gifts of the Holy Spirit It’s the Holy Spirit allowing you to see that there is something “off” with that person. Something just isn’t “right”. This Discernment can also show you the intricate detail of the “phoniness” of this deceived person trying to pass themselves off as someone they’re not. From, “something’s off” to, “I see it clear as crystal”, it’s still the Holy Spirit allowing YOU to not be fooled or deceived, by THEM. Worldly people are masters at deceiving themselves into believing they’re something they’re not. They will even try to pass themselves off as real believers, because they actually believe they ARE real believers. That’s where the Holy Spirit will let you know what’s REALLY going on, and He’ll also show a Godly Pastor the same so Pastor can protect the flock from being taken in by these deceived ones. They “do” and “say” all the right things, BUT THEIR HEART IS FAR FROM THE LORD AND THEY HATE THOSE WHO ARE CLOSE TO THE LORD. Deceived people can be all smiles in church, and live like the worldly outside of church. Don’t be Deceived, Seek Christ and His, and you WILL, Be Blessed.
