Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3512

Daily Devotional. Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith He that holdeth the seven stars in His Right Hand, Who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; I know thy works(+), and thy labour(+), and thy patience(+), and how thou canst not bear them which are evil(+): and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars(+): And hast borne(+), and hast patience(+), and for my name’s sake hast laboured(+), and hast not fainted(+). Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee(-), BECAUSE THOU HAST LEFT THY FIRST LOVE(-). Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen(-), and repent(+), and do the first works(+); or else I will come unto thee quickly, AND WILL REMOVE THY CANDLESTICK out of his place (capital -), except thou repent(+). But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, WHICH I ALSO HATE(capital +). He that hath an ear, let him hear(-) what the Spirit saith(+) unto the churches; To him that Overcometh(+) will I give to eat of the Tree of Life (+), which is in the midst of the paradise of God. Revelation 2:1-7. Is this your church? Do you have many plus’s and a few minus’s? Ten “at-a-boy’s” can be ruined by one “Aw crumb”. If you have 9 plus’s and 1 minus, do you brag about all your plus’s and stay quiet about your one little minus? Or do you quietly thank the Lord for what He has done with, in and through you, AND GREATLY REPENT IN SORROW AND ANGUISH OVER THE ONE THING THAT STILL DISPLEASES HIM??? This is all about your personal Heart’s Attitude and its Reflection on your Church’s (the local body) Heart Attitude. IF, each one of us will allow the Holy Spirit to work on whatever “attribute” we have that displeases Him, we each will Grow in CHRISTLIKENESS, and THAT will greatly Reflect Christ to a dead and dying world. The “bottom line” is, if we “strive” for 100% Obedience, with Great Joy we will hear, “Well done good and faithful servant”… And there, we will Greatly, Be Blessed.
