Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3471

Daily Devotional. And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat. Now therefore FEAR THE LORD, AND SERVE HIM in Sincerity and in Truth: AND PUT AWAY THE gODS which your father’s served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and SERVE YE THE LORD. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. IF YE FORSAKE THE LORD, and serve strange gods, then HE WILL TURN AND DO YOU HURT, AND CONSUME YOU, after that he hath done you good. And the people said unto Joshua, Nay; but we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:13-15, 20-21. This warning is to us today, Believers and unbelievers across the board. America is FULL of religious gods we think about everyday. Little gods of doing works, repeating chants, wearing special underwear, having to “visit” homes everyday, (or else), special saints and virgins to pray to, bowing to lost leaders, ALL TO FALSE gODS TO FIND SALVATION. And when tribulation hits, ALL those gods have nothing to say. They’re silent as you needlessly suffer for your false, religion /god /theology, that offers you no comfort OR assurance of the hereafter. False gods give false peace and security. THE Lord God Almighty gives Everlasting Peace, Security, Assurance, AND Joy, IN THE FACE OF ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU’LL EVER GO THROUGH. No matter how hard Life gets, the Lord will ALWAYS be there. Examine yourself, and test the gods in your life, and throw out those which so easily fall, those who can’t stand on their own, those who offer nothing but empty words leading to death and destruction. Follow THE God Who brings the Fullness of Life, AND Life Eternal into your life NOW, that you may be Saved, Comforted, and, Be Blessed.
