Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3458

Daily Devotional. Now the days of (King) David drew nigh that he should die; and he charged Solomon his son, saying, I go the way of all the earth: be thou strong therefore, and shew thyself a man; And keep the charge of the Lord thy God, to walk in His Ways, to keep His Statutes, and His Commandments, and His Judgments, and His Testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, THAT THOU MAYEST PROSPER IN ALL THAT THOU DOEST, AND WHITHERSOEVER THOU TURNEST THYSELF: That the Lord may continue His Word which He spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to their way, to walk before Me in Truth with all their Heart and with all their Soul, there shall not fail thee (said he) a man on the throne of Israel. 1 Kings 2:1- 4. There is a double meaning here. The first is from King David to his son Solomon, now becoming the new King. The second is from the Lord to Christians. If the Christian will put Christ on the Throne of their Life, as Christ Rules and Reigns OVER that person’s Life, that person will never fail in all that Christ asks and sends him to say and do. This last month of COVID-19 has given you nothing BUT time, to see Who, or who, really sits on the Throne of your Life. Is it you? Or Christ? Is there room for improvement? Or do YOU have everything under control? (Good luck with that one). These last 3 months of COVID-19 have been Absolute Mercy and Grace from the Lord, giving all of us time to look at our little “Kingdoms” to see Who actually does Rule our Lives. If you see Christ as your Head, GOoD for you. If not Christ, TODAY IS THE DAY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, and bow to the Lordship and Authority of Jesus, The Christ. To do so will bring nothing but success in dealing with ALL the Future. To not do so is Pride and Arrogance which ALWAYS leads to death and destruction. It’s your call, and today is a GOoD Day to make it Right. IF, IF, we are about to actually enter into the next phase of Biblical History / Biblical Future, Follow Christ, and Forever, Be Blessed.
