Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3455

Daily Devotional. And it was IN THE HEART of David my father to build an house for the Name of the Lord God of Israel. 1 Kings 8:17. Deceit is IN THE HEART of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy. Proverbs 12:20. Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: BUT THAT which is IN the midst of FOOLS IS MADE KNOWN. Proverbs 14:33. Foolishness IS BOUND IN THE HEART OF A CHILD; but the Rod of Correction shall drive it far from him. Proverbs 22:15. (Then if the Rod is not properly applied, foolishness will stay with him into adulthood)??? Before destruction THE HEART of man is haughty, and before honour is humility. He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, IT IS FOLLY AND SHAME UNTO HIM. The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it SHALL EAT THE FRUIT THEREOF. Proverbs 18:12-13,15,21. When a disaster, a pandemic, or some other major event happens, that is the time you can see the real heart of a man. “But those things which proceed (speak) out of the mouth COME FORTH FROM THE HEART; and they defile the man”. Matthew 15:18. During this COVID-19 pandemic, as you watch and listen to the different layers of “Authority” over the people, it becomes very easy to see more of the real “Heart” of those making decisions affecting the lives of the people. Their own Words testify of their Love to take care of the people, OR, they show their “Power Grabbing Desire” to RULE OVER the people like a little dictator. Some care for you, some only care for themselves. They hold “Office”, so pray for them. What they do and say will better guide you into WHAT to pray for for them. Their Words and Deeds will show their Christian (or lack thereof) Values. “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn”. Proverbs 29:2. Be a “Serial Pray-er”, pray for them all, and you AND they will, Be Blessed.
