Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3441

Daily Devotional. At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank Thee, O Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, because Thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent (of the world), and hast revealed them unto babes (in Christ). Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in Thy sight. All things are delivered unto Me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Come unto Me, ALL ye that labour and are heavy laden, AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am Meek and Lowly in Heart: AND YE SHALL FIND REST UNTO YOUR SOULS. For my YOKE is easy, and my BURDEN is light. Matthew 11:25-30. Soul: “The seat of the feelings, desires, affections, aversions (our heart, soul etc.)The (human) soul in so far as it is constituted that by the right use of the aids offered it by God it can attain its highest end and secure eternal blessedness, the soul regarded as a MORAL BEING DESIGNED FOR EVERLASTING LIFE. The soul AS AN ESSENCE which differs from the body and IS NOT DISSOLVED BY DEATH (distinguished from other parts of the body)”. Your Soul shall find rest from all the burdensome Rules, Laws and Regulations imposed on people by the Pharisees. Christ’s requirements of Obedience to Him are MUCH easier to Obey. CHRIST GIVES PEACE OF MIND THAT YOUR SOUL WILL GO TO HEAVEN. This Peace will saturate your Being. But your Body, on the other hand, may have a rough go of it. There is no Comfort of Peace extended towards the Body. Obedient Believer, when you Finish your Race, rest easy, your Soul is Heaven bound. THIS is the Peace of Christ that will Comfort you no matter what happens to you in your day to day activities. The fear of Death to the Body is of no concern when you Live in the Peace and Joy of KNOWING your Soul will spend Eternity with Christ. That Peace will carry you through whatever “they” do to your body. KNOW THAT, and you will ETERNALLY, Be Blessed.
