Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3438

Daily Devotional. This is the Covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my Laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I Write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember NO MORE. And let us Consider one another to Provoke unto Love and to GOoD Works: NOT FORSAKING the Assembling of ourselves together, AS THE MANNER OF SOME IS; but Exhorting one another : and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:16-17,24-25. And as ye go, PREACH, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. HEAL the sick, CLEANSE the lepers, RAISE the dead, CAST out devils: freely ye have received, FREELY GIVE. Matthew 10: 7-8. Let’s look at this from a different angle. We American Christians have very much enjoyed having one foot in Christ, and one foot in the world. Say what? We go to church with no persecution, then go to a nice restaurant and MAYBE say Grace very quietly, we send our kids to a worldly school system and hope the system doesn’t mess our kids up too much, and we rarely talk to our neighbors about the Lord. All that is  changing. With COVID 19 still not “peaked out” yet, the Lord is forcing Christians to “home school” their kids, eat more at home as a family, do things TOGETHER as a family and maybe learn the lost art of COMMUNICATION with those right around us. Maybe we’re spending less time on the internet because EVERYONE wants to watch something and this bogs down the whole system too much, and people lose interest with all the “buffering”, just to watch SOMETHING, just to kill time and not talking together. Do you understand that Christ Himself is forcing families TOGETHER, and asking, “OK, now what are you going to do”? Maybe now Is a Great time to actually SPEND TIME TOGETHER, and discover together what Family is WITH Christ in charge. Seek Christ, seek Family, and let’s all discover what Christ has for THE FAMILY, going out into a dark world getting darker by the day. What a CHRISTLIKE FAMILY WAY to, Be Blessed.
