Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3436

Daily Devotional. And let us consider one another to Provoke unto Love and to GOoD Works: NOT FORSAKING THE ASSEMBLING OF OURSELVES TOGETHER, AS THE MANNER OF SOME IS; but Exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25. The Coronavirus is a Merciful Call from the Lord, to a lost and dying world, to come to Christ and His Salvation. It is also a “heads up” for the Believers to take stock of their Faith in Christ, their Hearing and Following the leading of the Holy Spirit, and also to understand the difference between following the Laws of man, and the Laws of God. Which one do you follow when one opposes the other? This is not about Rebellion, it IS about where do you draw “the line in the sand” when God says “Do” and man says “don’t”. As an illustration, “assembling together” is Biblically defined in Thayer’s Definition as, “A gathering together in one place, the (religious) assembly (of Christians)”. Are the days of Internet Church going to become the new norm? Will small “House Church” gatherings of 10 or less be all we can do? Is the World starting to shut down Christians in America from gathering together? Maybe the Coronavirus will settle down and America goes back to “normal”. BUT SOMEDAY, maybe soon, American Christians will be faced with these questions, and there will be no more putting them off to another day. Be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. Today’s a good day to ask the Lord for His Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding of how to prepare for Life today, AND for Life with Christ sometime down the road. How’s your “Hearing” for that “Still Small Voice” of the Holy Spirit, even in the midst of a frightened and fearful world? When the Laws of man and the Laws of God conflict with each other, what will YOU do??? Where will you take your stand and not back down, even at the cost of Life or Limb? Decide soon, the world is watching, and so is the Lord. Who will you choose to Follow and what will you do to, Be Blessed?
