Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3387

Daily Devotional. And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw (Jesus), he fell at His feet, And besought Him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; AND SHE SHALL LIVE. And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; AND she felt in her body that SHE WAS HEALED of that plague. Mark 5:22-23, 25,27,29. These people knew that Jesus was The Answer to their problems, and they went to Him as soon as they found out He was in town. Without Christ, as the “issue” lady found out for 12 years, the “world” will take everything it can from you, and offer almost nothing in return. The world has no problem even taking your life. That’s been Satan’s plan all along as he is the god of this world. When Jairus found out Jesus was near, he went straight to Him for help because he knew the church had no answer for him. The world can’t help and the church can’t help, and it’s still the same today. Yes, Medicine and surgery today are amazing, and can do many wonderful things. Sometimes doctors almost look like they can “raise the dead”. If the doctor makes you “whole” again, do you quickly run to Christ to say “Thank You”? Or do you just take your “healing” and go on your worldly way? The World is the way most people WANT to go to, because it only costs them Money, and most people will pay that. Christ is The God you NEED to go to and He will make you Whole with no cost of money, He just wants control of your Life. And most people won’t give up Control of their Life. Those who Truly Meet Christ will Gladly and Totally give Him Full, Complete and Total Control of Everything in their Life, including life itself. To them, Christ has Proven that He Loves them totally, is Faithful always, and that they WILL, Be Blessed.
