Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3384

Daily Devotional. And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, JAIRUS by name; and when he saw (Jesus), he FELL AT HIS FEET, AND BESOUGHT HIM GREATLY, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live. And Jesus went with him; AND MUCH PEOPLE followed him, and THRONGED HIM. And A CERTAIN WOMAN, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and TOUCHED HIS GARMENT. For she said, IF I MAY TOUCH BUT HIS CLOTHES, I SHALL BE WHOLE. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; AND she felt in her body that SHE WAS HEALED of that plague. Mark 5:22-29. People wanted to be seen with Jesus, “Look at who I hang out with”. People wanted to be close to Jesus, “Like a good luck charm, rub it and you’ll be OK”. People wanted to feel the Power of hanging around someone who could tell off the Scribes and Pharisees, and get away with it. (Power to the people). People thronged (bumped into) Jesus, because it was crowded around Him. He was where the action was, and He was on the move, again. But one lady touched but His clothes, AND WAS INSTANTLY HEALED because her Faith told her to touch Him, AND HER FAITH MADE THE DIFFERENCE. No one else’s “touch” changed anything. FAITH recognized her, and she was healed. Jesus is not touched by your touch, He is Touched by Your Faith. To Live and Act as though Jesus actually IS the Son of God, is to move in Faith like you’ve never moved before. Walk with Christ, get to Know Christ, sing His Praises to all the world. Many people came TO Christ, but only two came to  be WITH Christ. When you Talk WITH Jesus you touch His Heart. He will turn and Touch yours. That’s called Fellowship with the Lord and Saviour, and that can’t do ANYTHING but cause YOU to, Be Blessed.
