Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3383

Daily Devotional. And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet, And besought him greatly, saying, MY LITTLE DAUGHTER LIETH AT THE POINT OF DEATH: I pray thee, COME and lay thy hands on her, THAT SHE MAY BE HEALED; and she shall live. And Jesus went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him. And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, IF I MAY TOUCH but HIS CLOTHES, I SHALL BE WHOLE. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. Mark 5:22-29. (This is a, “Is it possible” question based on great LACK of knowledge of all facts). Both Jairus and the “Issue” lady came to Jesus for help and healing, AND RIGHTFULLY SO, they both went by Faith, and both were healed. GOoD for them, as it should be. Is it possible, (???) that both of these people came to Christ in their hour of greatest need, BUT NEVER CONSIDERED CHRIST FOR ANY OTHER NEED BECAUSE, “I GOT THIS, I CAN HANDLE EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT MY LIFE? (Just wondering). Here’s my point, the Lord will orchestrate anything and everything in your life to encourage you to come to Him for the answer to A problem, hoping that you will stay with Him for help with ALL your problems. Christ doesn’t want to be a “One hit wonder” and then you walk away to take care of the rest of your life on your terms, no, He wants to show you He will help you with your greatest need, AND be with you to share in EVERYTHING else about your Life. The big things, the little things, all things, every thing, ALL OF YOUR LIFE. Even to talk to Him about your everyday life in the exciting times AND in the “ho-hum” times. He wants to be in ALL of it, that you may, Be Blessed.
